Questions people ask

Are my keys safe?
Keys are stored encrypted and only a short hint is shown after saving. You can replace or delete any key whenever you like, and we recommend using keys dedicated to your app that you can revoke from your account with the service.
Do I need an account with each service?
Yes. The key comes from your own account with the service (Moyasar, Tabby or WhatsApp Business, for example), and fees and activation are between you and that provider.
What does “soon” next to some services mean?
They appear in the catalog but cannot be connected yet. We announce them in the changelog when they open.
Do connectors work with mobile apps?
Yes. A mobile app shares the same backend, so the keys you added work for web and mobile alike.
Are connectors in the free plan?
Yes. Connectors are available on every plan, including the free one.
What if the service I need is not listed?
Add its key to your app’s secrets and explain to Fanann what you need, or write to us and we will consider adding it to the catalog.
