“Fanann” or “we”: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], Commercial Registration [CR NUMBER]. “Service”: the Fanann platform, Fanann Agent, hosting, databases, and mobile apps. “You” or “Customer”: the person or entity registered for the Service. “Your App”: any app or website you build on Fanann. “End User”: your app's customers.
The Service may not be used for:
The code and content you create on Fanann — including anything the agent generates for you — belong to you, subject to the licenses of any open-source components used. You grant us a limited license to host, run, and display it solely as needed to provide the Service.
You may export your code and sync it with GitHub at any time. We retain ownership of the platform itself and our trademarks. [License wording to be reviewed by legal counsel]
Fanann Agent helps you build faster, but its output may contain errors or omissions. Review and test the code and content before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish to your customers.
We strive to keep the Service continuously available and give advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the status page. Formal availability commitments for enterprise customers are set out in the [SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT]. Support is provided in Arabic through the channels included in your plan.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, with prior notice where possible. After termination, we give you [DURATION] to export your data and code, then delete it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We provide the Service “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the [NUMBER OF MONTHS] months preceding the claim. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by “[GOVERNING LAW]”, and [COMPETENT COURT] has jurisdiction over any dispute. We will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably within [DURATION]. In case of conflict between the Arabic and English texts, [PREVAILING TEXT] prevails.
